We have been with Joanne a few years now and she makes the process incredibly simple and stress free, whether reinsuring or getting building and contents insurance in time for exchange on a new property. Case and point is picking up her phone and starting our new cover at the very end of the day Friday on a bank holiday weekend! Great service, very personable, would recommend her services to anyone.
